_{When she firsts meets people, Eshne is very polite but says very little about herself. However, she doesn’t take long to warm up to people and begin joking around with them. When she knows someone well, she may start playing a few innocent practical jokes on them, but she only does this when she knows she won’t be upsetting them too much, and makes sure she never pushes it too far. She loves and cares for her closest friends and always sticks up for them, even if this results in her picking a fight with someone much bigger than herself.}

_{Although it might not seem like it, Eshne is a very hard worker and can sit for days writing when she gets into the flow. However, this isn’t always a good thing, as she can sometimes be working for so long, she forgets to eat or sleep. She also gets very absorbed and distracted if she has an idea for a story at any point, even if she’s talking to someone, and sometimes when she’s in the middle of a sentence she will stop mid flow if she thinks of something. If someone grabs her attention though, she will snap out of it, and will probably be embarrassed for a little while.}

_HISTORY:

<sub>Eshne’s parents originally lived in the quiet Undella Town, the two working as painters. However, the two heard of the creativity and new panting techniques in Castelia City, so decided to move there. Soon after they moved there, Eshne was born.
Growing up, Eshne did keep to herself mostly, as she was very shy as a cyndaquil. She did become good friends with a bubbly Vulpix named Terri and a protective, but gentle Growlithe named Neil. The two managed to get her to come out of her shell gradually and they played together often. As the three began to reach the age of fifteen, Terri and Neil were both given a fire stone and allowed to evolve, but Eshne was still stuck as a cyndaquil. Frustrated, she asked her mother why she had yet to evolve, and her typhlosion mother simply told her she would evolve when she was ready. Although not happy with this, Eshne knew her mother was probably right, and her friends reassured her that she would evolve soon as well. Sure enough, a few months later, Eshne evolved into her current form. 
As she grew up around many visual artists, the young fire type originally tried to follow in her parents’ footsteps to be a painter, but found she had no luck with it, leading to her being more frustrated than happy. However, she still wished to express her creativity. It was at this point that Neil suggested creative writing. Always loving to tell stories to her two friends, Eshne gave the written form of art a try and found she enjoyed it immensely. She even managed to have her first novel, Snow Cloaked Kisses, published by a small publishing firm.
However, this wasn't the perfect career path the quilava expected. The problem was that she found it difficult to concentrate in the city, with all the noise and lights every single day. Concerned by their daughter's creative slump, her parents decided on a small family trip to White Forest for a change of pace. Having lived in the city for all of her life, Eshne loved the peace and tranquility that surrounded her, and even managed to begin writing again. The holiday soon ended though, and back in the city, the writer could no longer focus on her story. Finally, Eshne decided she needed to move somewhere more peaceful, and after eventually convincing her parents it was for the best, Eshne began to look for a quieter village to move to.

EXTRAS:
All of Eshne’s clothes are treated so that they are flame retardant. This is so she can have her flames on at all times, as she feels self conscious without them.
Although she usually dresses in a messy fashion, when Eshne starts writing she dresses as if she was going to work in an office. This is a habit she picked up from her mother.
Her mother, Agni, is a typhlosion, but her father, Kenelm, is a zoroark. This might explain why Eshne has a mischievous side.
Whenever she has an idea, Eshne must write it down somewhere. This has resulted in her carrying a notebook and pencil with her at all times.
While she is reasonably tidy, Eshne’s room is always covered in scraps of paper pinned to the walls with random ideas and concepts for stories scribbled on them.
Although it does not effect her too much, Eshne does have a fear of large bodies of water. This includes the ocean and lakes. Swimming pools are just about tolerable -as long as she feels safe with the people she's with- and things like rain and showers she is also fine with, but it is unlikely to see her too near the beach at any time.
When she gets embarrassed, Eshne doesn't blush that much, but her flames will turn more yellow, and in some cases, may even burn white hot.
When she is not writing, Eshne is still quite fond of painting, though not as good as her parents. She also likes wandering around, listening to the sound of nature, as it often helps her come up with ideas, and also clear her mind.</sub>
